Open tools
Tools you can take and verify. They run in your browser, stand on sources you can click, and above all they do not pretend to a certainty they do not have. Where a tool does not know, it says so.
Legal Prompt Builder
→Builds a structured legal prompt for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok.
For when you want a legal text from AI and do not want it filling in the gaps. The prompt keeps the perspective consistent, separates the clean document from the notes, and forces citations to be verified against the source you paste in.
- Your inputs go nowhere; the prompt is assembled in your browser.
- Business decisions stay as [TO FILL IN]; the model does not invent them.
- Pasted provisions get checked, not applied blindly.
Dependent-work indicator test
→Shows which indicators of your arrangement with a sole trader point toward dependent work and which point away from it.
For when you are not sure whether working with a self-employed contractor shows signs of dependent work under § 2 of the Czech Labour Code. In Czech law this is disguised self-employment (švarcsystém), and the test is a reference for that jurisdiction. It separates the defining features from the conditions of performance, as Czech case law requires.
- It gives no verdict and no score, because courts assess the relationship as a whole.
- Until you answer, it claims nothing.
- It stands on a corpus of 201 decisions, downloadable as JSON.
Iliada
→Takes a dispute apart: chronology, map of the parties, evidence gaps, scenarios with a price, and a settlement window.
For when you need to decide what to do with the matter. At the start of a dispute and as it runs. Jurisdiction-independent, so it works on a foreign dispute too. It will not tell you who is right in law; it tells you what the matter is and what each route costs.
- It has no library of statutes, so it does not cite law from memory. Every legal anchor carries a verification tag.
- A mandatory sixth section: the price of the conflict and the settlement window, for both sides.
- A plugin to download for Claude Code and Codex, experimental release, CC BY 4.0.
These are not legal services or an assessment of a specific case; they are educational tools. Responsibility for using the output lies with the user. How I verify legal claims is set out in the method.
