Legal Prompt Builder

A builder for structured legal prompts, jurisdiction-neutral. You fill in the parameters and the tool assembles a structured brief in a format for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok, one that keeps you holding the perspective, the sources and the verification. You copy it into your AI assistant. What you enter stays in your browser and is not sent to any AI model or to a Legal To Code server. How to use it

No personal data or confidential documents. Names, ID numbers and trade secrets do not belong in the brief. Use placeholders: [COMPANY NAME], [AMOUNT]. What does not belong in AI tools is summarised in module 03 of the course (in Czech).
Set the perspective. A contract for the customer is a different document from a contract for the contractor. If you leave the perspective empty, you get a neutral text that defends no one.
Be brief and specific. “NDA, 3 years, IT supplier” works better than a paragraph of narrative. Specific sections and your own sources narrow the room for hallucination.
The prompt chain suits more complex documents: the model first proposes the structure, then the text, then reviews it itself.
Strict verification mode forces a technical tone, support for claims, and a verification status on every claim.
Always verify the output. The tool generates a brief, not legal advice. The generated document is a draft for human review; responsibility for its use lies with the user.
